Delete Account

You can request deletion of your LibraryOrbit account (including your TestOrbit: Mock Tests App / Test Series Mobile Application account) and associated personal data at any time.

How to Request Account Deletion

Option 1: In-App Erasure (Instant)

If you are using the TestOrbit mobile application, you can delete your account instantly by going to: Profile → Privacy & GDPR Control → Delete Account / Erasure.

Option 2: Email Request

1. Send an email to libraryorbitsupport@gmail.com.
2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
3. Include your registered email address and phone number.
4. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

What Data Will Be Deleted

After verification, we will delete or anonymize personal data linked to your account, including:

• Account profile details such as name, email address, and phone number
• Saved preferences and notification settings
• Personal identifiers linked to library access and RFID/card workflows
• Test performance scores, quiz metrics, and real-time response answers linked to your mobile profile
• Support messages linked directly to your account, where deletion is legally allowed

Data We May Retain

Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, or operational compliance purposes. These may include payment records, transaction logs, security logs, and booking records required for audit or legal obligations.

Processing Time

Verified account deletion requests submitted via email are normally completed within 7 business days. In-app deletion requests are processed instantly.
